The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 has officially begun! In case you didn't know: each year Nordstrom releases a collection of items that are fully stocked and brand new or the bestsellers! And it's roughly 40% off most items! It's a HUGE deal and major way to save (seriously, get your Christmas shopping in now!!)

How the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Works:
If you are a Nordstrom Cardmember (i.e. you have their credit card, which is the only store credit card I have), you can shop it early.
Depending on which level of Nordy Club you are, you can either shop on August 4th, August 7, August 10th, or August 13th.
If you don't have a Nordstrom Card, then you can shop public access on August 19th. The sale ends for everyone on August 30th.

So make sure to save this page, set an alarm, and get to shopping when your access point opens! Things do sell out fast and don't really get restocked (I always get asked where I got my cut heart PJs and those were from last year's NSALE and they never came back!).
Why I love Nordstrom:
They do FREE shipping and FREE/EASY returns.
Seriously, they will take basically anything back. They trust in their customers so much that they historically don't even really have a return policy. In fact, my bridal belt from my wedding snagged and tore my wedding dress. I was so bummed because it was REALLY cute and I planned to wear it with other dresses or possibly as a headband in the future (it was dainty and would've worked). Anyway, after it messed up my dress I decided to part with it before it messed up anymore of my clothes… I brought it back to Nordstrom after my wedding and they gave me the $250 refund, even though I'd worn it and it didn't have tags.
And if you're nervous about COVID, you can snag contactless curbside pick up! Or just order a few sizes and return the one's your don't like.
ONE MORE TIP: If you are a Nordstrom Cardmember, make sure to use your Double or Triple Points day when shopping the sale!! Those points add up and you'll snag more “Nordstrom Notes” (usually come as $20 store credits!!).

Literally a fave and a bestseller for a good reason! It's on the pricey side so if you do want a hydroflask this sale, is a good time to get one as it's the lowest price I've ever found for hydroflasks!
Anthropologie Candles
Legit my FAVE candles. I always get asked about them. Last year, these were also my go-to for end of year gifts to people (Like I said, this sale is a good time to get your Christmas shopping DONE!)
Wooden Bowl
I'm a sucker for warm wood tones and this bowl gorgeous! It actually already sold out, so I'm hoping they'll restock!!

Marble Lazy Susan
A lazy susan has been on my wishlist foreverrr and I'm getting this one! Lazy susan's basically just mean that the plate spins.
It's great for hosting/serving and this one is gorgeous with it's marble top and acacia wood bottom! It'll work really well with our dark wood table, giving it that little splash of white.
Serving boardssss
We have open shelving in our kitchen and I've been on the hunt for really chic serving boards. Nordstrom didn't disappoint with their selection this year! They have this gorgeous rectangular one that comes in two colors AND this (possibly even more?) beautiful round one.
You definitely don't need a serving board, but I just got my first one and feel so nice/bougie when I put out meals on it. A nice little escape from being stuck at home all the time that brings a smile to my face. BUT REMEMBER: shop responsibly!!
Throw blankets
I have 2 that I really loved (they have more). First is this one, which is SO COZY. If you're into hygge decor, it's a must have. We got ours last year in a stone color that we LOVE and use every day. Second is this more mid-century feeling diamond throw (shop it here). Very chic and instyle with this sort of retro-vibe we're seeing a resurgence in.
Paper towel holder
Again, I'm a sucker for warm wood tones. This is a great addition for white countertops to bring in a little warmth.
Artwork/wall decor
SO MANY PRINTS AND FRAMES!! You can shop them all here! It's basically your gallery walls DREAM COME TRUE!
Honestly, you'd probably want to go and brose the entire collection yourself. I'm pulling out just a handful of my faves here.
There's some fun nature prints with frames, whether a desert scene or ocean vibe is more your style. There's also some great geometric finds. I'm obsessed with this moon-sun one and this half moon geometric one (with multiple frame colors). All of them have this sort of warm, pinkish hue that we are seeing as very on trend right now.
